Delaware General Health District is using an online appointment system to make clinic appointments.

Make online appointment for:

Make an appointment for each child separately and provide the correct birth date.

You must bring a copy of your child's immunization record to the clinic for the nurse to review.

This season, everyone 6 months and older should get vaccinated.
A flu vaccine reduces your risk of illness & can prevent spreading it to loved ones.
Influenza activity can continue until late spring, so its not too late to get vaccinated.

December Flu clinics at 3 West Winter St.:
Adult AM clinics: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM 9:00 AM
Wednesday Flu clinics: 1:00 PM 4:30 PM, 1st, 8th, 15th, & 22nd

Flu vaccine is available at all DGHD immunization clinics and at Neighborhood Health Centers. Cost is $18 for adults, $7 for children. For additional information call (740) 203-2040.
