We strive to keep our properties in top shape. We are constantly updating and remodeling apartments. We have a full time maintenance crew to take care of any maintenance issues. We run credit checks and criminal background checks on all prospective new tenants. We also believe that the prices of rent should reflect the actual amount without extra charges.
