Corporate Transit of America, Inc was formed in 1992 and provides transportation systems for corporate America. CTA provides custom designed routes based on our clients particular needs as well as priority "special" deliveries from local to nationwide.

As I travel around the country, one thing strikes me more and more: a lack of service and attitude. More often people are so wrapped up in the day to day functions of their jobs that they seem to forget that without the customer being satisfied, they wouldn't have a job. They seem to feel that just being at work is enough.
Example: The agent at an airline who is so busy trying to tell you why he or she can't do something for you The waiter at a restaurant who messes up your order and is "put out" when they have to take the time to fix it. The car rental agency who promises you a certain car, only to find they don't have the vehicle you ordered and all they have is a horse. We all know how that feels, right?
Well how does it make you feel when you enter a restaurant and the waiter greets you with a friendly smile, gets your order perfect, then does everything to make your meal perfect because he or she takes pride in what they do, wanting to make your dining experience a great one Or the car rental agency that has exactly what you asked for and the agent treats you like the best thing since sliced bread Or the hotel clerk who is so friendly you are wondering if he or she has mistaken you for Bill Gates.
The difference is that over time the people in the first example will drive away business and the people in the second example will be waiting with open arms to have you as their customer. The people in the first example will always wonder why business isn't what it used to be. (Would you like some "whine" with that cheese?) The people in the second example know why business is booming.

I hear all the time about people in our company and the extraordinary steps they take to satisfy our customers and it really makes me proud to be a part of such a great company. The reason we have grown so much is just that...Great service with great attitude!
So the next time you may be tired and having a bad day, or you are so caught up in the day to day functions of your job, don't forget that the customer is always watching and your primary responsibility above all else is GREAT SERVICE / GREAT ATTITUDE!
