The legality of conflict-of-interest and other matters of ethics law were addressed in a Monday workshop at the municipal building. Ohio Ethics Commission Chair Ben Rose delivered a presentation to local officials, much like he does around the state for similar groups. He said being related to most of a towns population isnt as much of a conflicting legal factor as whether the officials job is full-time or part-time.
