- Chad Tuschman & Peter DeClark obtained one of the largest verdicts recorded for a medical malpractice case in Toledo, Ohio on October 6, 2010.

The verdict in the amount of $3,926,200.00 was obtained for our clients Sherry & Jack Reinhart.

The jury found that the Toledo Clinic and one of their doctors Dr. Purvi Saraiya were negligent in medical care rendered to Sherry, which caused a permanent injury due to violation of safety rules in performing a lumbar puncture.

The trial lasted a week and a half and the jury deliberated for a day and a half before returning its verdict.
