Your appointed Call Committee has been hard at work amending and finalizing the Ministry Profile for our Synod. We utilized the information you gave the long range planning committee during the cottage meetings during this process. As of this printing; we have gotten the ok to finalize the document from church council, we will have met again with Pastor Tom Schutt-who is our Call Process facilitator, and synod will have received this document from us. We are preparing to receive names of candidates and start the interview process for a new pastor.
I suppose we could stop there with our report but we thought we would share a little more with you. In answering the profile questions we realized 2 things: We need your support and you need our support.
