At Galion Family Dental, we are interested in much more than giving you a nice, white smile. We want to give you the best dental experience possible. This often means treating you much differently than other dental offices have.
Research shows that the fear of the dentist is the third highest fear in America. That may be hard to imagine for some, but for many, it is this fear that has gripped you to the point where you will absolutely refuse to go to the dentist unless you are in so much pain that you feel like you have no choice but to go.
The reason for this fear is very justified. Many patients have been traumatized by a dentist who put their patient through a bad, painful experience. The tragedy of this is that most bad dental experiences were completely avoidable and totally unnecessary!
It often occurs because the dentist either deliberately or unintentionally does not give the patient a way to communicate with them to let the dentist know they are hurting and they want the dentist to stop. So the dentist continues performing the procedure, hurts the patient, and gives them a terrible experience that the patient wishes they could forget. Unfortunately, they don't forget, and it affects them for LIFE!
At Galion Family Dental, we are very aware and concerned about the fearful feelings that most people have. We want our patients to realize that we will do absolutely EVERYTHING in our power to make you comfortable, relaxed, and unafraid of what we need to do to help you bring your teeth and gums back to normal health again! We have TV's and stereo headphones so you can relax in the chair, sedation if you need it, and special gentle numbing techniques, which will allow you to have a calm and pleasant experience. We pledge to you that as much as is humanly possible, we will strive to make your dental treatment the most stress free you have ever had.
Dr. Jeffrey Glynn is the dentist at Galion Family Dental. He has treated patients for 22 years, and has dedicated his entire career to treating patients with a gentle touch. Dr. Glynn has learned many ways in which to treat patients well and stress free. His compassion for patients not only extends to the way he treats them, but also for how much he charges them. Dr Glynn realizes that dental care is expensive, and he does all that he can to make treatment as affordable as possible so you can get the care you truly need without busting your budget. Our fees are below normal for our area, and we have so many ways you can pay your bill, including INTEREST FREE PAYMENT PLANS. This allows you to relax financially, knowing that your necessary treatment can be done without interfering with other more important financial priorities that you have. We never push for unnecessary work, only talk over with you what you truly need.
