Crawford Title Agency Inc. dba ACS Title & Closing Services is a full service Title & Escrow Company serving Crawford, Marion, Seneca, Wyandot, Richland, Huron, Morrow and Union Counties. Other counties may be available upon request.
We are agents of Ohio Bar Title Insurance Company, a division of the First American Title Insurance Company.
The staff of ACS is dedicated to providing superior, professional, real estate services to lenders, real estate agents, building developers and individuals. ACS will close a transaction in one of our two offices in Crawford or Marion Counties or at our clients preferred location.

Crawford Title Agency, Inc. dba ACS Title & Closing Services, Crawford & Marion County, is a corporation for which James W. Pry II is the licensed Title Agent. Mr. Pry is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Economics; Ohio Nothern University, College of Law with Juris Doctorate degree and attended The University of Toledo, College of Business Administration where he also earned a degree in accounting and is a licensed C.P.A. He has been practicing law in Crawford County since 1973 and is the managing partner in the Spurlock, Sears, Pry, Griebling & McBride law firm in Bucyrus, Ohio. Mr. Pry has also been a license title agent for Ohio Bar Title Insurance Company since 1988. Janet Pry serves as the company's Secretary/Treasurer.
