The River Centre Clinic (RCC) is a modern treatment facility that is committed to providing state of the art treatment for those suffering from eating disorders. Our innovative treatment programs for adults and adolescents are individually tailored to meet the very specific needs of those with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating, and other atypical eating disorders.

The RCC mulitdisciplinary staff is committed to providing specialized psychological and educational treatments in a safe and respectful setting. The RCC has more than 14 years of experience helping people who suffer from eating disorders reclaim their lives and begin the journey toward lifelong health.

The River Centre Clinic’s innovative Partial Hospitalization Program for adults combines 35 hours a week (5 days-a-week, 7 hours-a-day) of specialized eating disorder treatment with an option, at no extra charge, of independent living accommodations in or near the main facility. The Partial Hospitalization level of care, combined with this college dormitory style living, provides enough intensity, structure and safety to be effective without the disadvantages of a restrictive hospital environment. It is an economical alternative to inpatient treatment proven effective for the vast majority of adults who suffer from serious eating disorders.

The River Centre Clinic’s Adolescent Treatment Program includes Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization and Outpatient levels of care. It is available for individuals between 12 and 17 years old. The Residential Program offers 24-hour care, 7 days a week and provides the high level of intensity, structure, safety and monitoring necessary for adolescents with eating disorders.

Individualized Care: The RCC has more than 13 years of experience providing highly specialized and individually tailored care outside of the more restrictive hospital setting.

Positive Outcome: The RCC treatment is effective in helping those with serious eating disorders overcome symptoms without the restrictions of inpatient programs.

Economical: The best treatments are not the most expensive. We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality treatment at a very reasonable cost.

Living Arrangements: The adult PHP includes, at no charge, overnight stay in nicely furnished dormitory style rooms in the main facility during the week and weekend.

Adolescent Residential: The RCC offers residential treatment for adolescents as an economical alternative to hospitalization for adolescents with eating disorders.
