G.A.R. Paving is a licensed and bonded company located in Newbury, Ohio. We are proudly celebrating our 29th anniversary in 2010. We are a privately owned, versatile company, specializing in asphalt and chip-n-seal. There are over 75 years of combined asphalt work experience with our officers alone. G.A.R. Paving will fulfill all of your asphalt paving needs, including but not limited to; complete removal and installation, repair, pre-seal, resurfacing, chip-n-seal and drainage to your residential driveway, private roadway, walking/golf cart paths or commercial parking lots.
