Our company offers Air Duct Cleaning & Sanitizing. A very important part of your home's total indoor comfort should include an inspection of your heating and cooling air ducts. We use the patented and proven Rotobrush duct cleaning machine which actually loosens all the dust and dirt inside of your air ducts with it's rotating brush and 35 ft. vacuum hose. The vacuum opening at the end of the hose pulls the dirt and dust in your ducts right back to the machine. The Rotobrush machine incorporates a 3-way filtering system to insure all bypass air from the machine is as clean as possible. Sanitizing after we clean the ducts is very important. We use an E.P.A. approved sanitizer that destroys dust mites, mold, mildew, pollen and pet dander. These contaminants can aggravate the symptoms of asthma and allergies. Remember, what you can't see, can hurt you. We use the "all seeing" Rotovision to inspect your ducts "before and after" the job is done. I'm sure that you've heard a little about the "freon" issues that affect your air conditioning system. The cause for concern this year is that beginning January, 2010, all A/C manufacturers had to start designing the systems they build to use the well tested and developed R-410A refrigerant. This is the refrigerant that will eventually replace R-22, which is the refrigerant that has been around for many, many years. R-22 has been a great refrigerant and is found in millions of A/C units around the world, but because it has a low level of chlorine in it, it will be eventually phased out. A/C manufacturers are presently building 90 % of their models with R-410A. These systems will eventually be more cost effective than the R-22 systems. They will be more efficient; even yet, over the higher S.E.E.R. R-22 systems left in inventory today. Continuing this summer, we will be pricing only the new R-410A air conditioning systems in complete "add on" or replacement situations. We will price R-22 components if the system is still in good shape and cost effectiveness make sense.
These changes are the most significant changes I've seen in all the years of my experience doing this work, but it's all about saving this earth for you, your children, and their children. I believe you will want to have a new air conditioning system with the "Earth Friendly" R-410 A refrigerant. If your A/C system is 15 years or older, you should consider us giving you a price on the R-410A equipment now available. There are still supplies of R-22 refrigerant, but the cost of this chemical will be rising.If you have an older A/C system and something major goes wrong with it, I suggest you have the new R-410 A system replace it. It will be the "GREEN" way to go and it may not make sense to you right now, but you will save money in the long run. I hope I have educated and informed you about "our" ever changing industry.
