H alf of our staff has been with our company for over 15 years. They all go through an extensive three-month training before they ever go on board alone. They can screen emergency vs. non-emergency calls and page the appropriate on/call. Sensitivity, professionalism, accuracy, holding time and response time are areas we monitor on every shift.

Our system is Axon 8000 and was especially designed for telephone answering services. This system allows us to answer every call live. There is not a holding queue that your callers go in, making it possible for us to avoid long periods of holding time.
