I can't remember a time in my life when being at the gym wasn't a central focus. I started weight training at age 18, and love it as much today as I did then. Being a personal trainer isn't just a job, it's a huge part of who I am. I've spent thousands and thousands of hours in gyms around the city, both personally and professionally. 26 years in all, 16 as a professional. It's not a lark that this is my profession. I'm not someone who took up exercise casually and decided to make a living at it. I've spent my entire adult life living the lifestyle I preach. In that time I've had the pleasure of teaching hundreds of people how to exercise safely and effectively, eat right, improve or overcome injuries of all kinds, and achieve their fitness goals. Buster has been an employee of Newbody's since 1999. In the front of the gym he is responsible for greeting clients and dissuading solicitors. In the back of the gym he is responsible for leading clients during the cardio portion of their workouts (yes, he will run on the treadmill next to yours...) and generally entertaining the troops.
