We are committed to fulfilling all staffing requests given 30 minutes notice, and aim to deliver personnel to your facility 15 minutes prior to shift starting time.

With a pool of thousands of thoroughly-screened applicants, we can provide your company with employees who have the skills needed to get the job done right - ranging from general labor to skilled machine operators. Our workers supply the skills and we supply the required safety equipment, including steel-toed boots, helmets and glasses. What's more, the workers' compensation consultants of the Minute Men Human Resource System can help manage all of your company's occupational risk.

To ensure the crew you've requested arrives on time - and at the same time - Minute Men Staffing can provide transportation to and from the job site when necessary. We have over 25 offices that open Monday through Saturday at 5:00 am to accommodate early morning requests.

Your company pays one hourly rate and we take care of the rest. You focus on the job at hand and we will handle all payroll taxes, workers' compensation, and state unemployment.
