Netcare is staffed with skilled physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers and counselors.
Services are available to anyone, regardless of the ability to pay.
Netcare Access is known as your connection to Franklin Countys Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) system of care.
