E.P. Ferris & Associates, Inc. was established in January 1987 to provide quality Civil Engineering and Surveying services in the areas of highways & streets, municipal and township engineering, bridges, water and sewer utilities, traffic engineering, and private development for both the public and private sectors. The firm has been pre-qualified by ODOT since 1987 for complex and non-complex roadway design, level I and II bridge design, right-of-way plan development, traffic control systems, lighting, and construction inspection. The firm has prepared construction plans for a number of ODOT projects and various county projects in Muskingum, Perry, Shelby, Franklin, and other counties. In Municipal Engineering we have participated in many roadway construction and reconstruction projects including two recent Columbus Infrastructure projects. The firm also designed water lines, storm sewer, and sanitary sewers for Columbus.
Since February 1990, E.P. Ferris & Associates, Inc. has served as Village Engineer for New Albany. In this capacity we have provided consultant plan review of all engineering drawings and plans, provided construction inspection of all infrastructure improvements within the Village, and prepared construction plans for culvert replacement, water lines, sanitary sewers, a pump station and intersection improvements. We have offered advice and guidance involving engineering issues to the Village Administration and Council.
The firm provides Traffic Engineering Services to the cities of Bexley, Whitehall, Galion, and the Village of New Albany.
